Meet the Wheel - Introductory Throwing Course - $160

Dates: Tuesdays 16th & 23rd April 2024, 6pm - 9pm

Please note: This course will take place during the school holidays

In this 2 week short introductory course you will learn how to make a small vessel, such as a bowl or a vase (or something in between) on a potter's wheel.

Week 1: Meet the clay, wedging and throwing a basic form.  

Week 2: Trimming the piece and adding your very own style to it through underglazes and carvings.

Your piece will then be fired and glazed with transparent or white glaze and ready for pick up in 4 - 5 weeks' time after the course.
